Welcome to Roayati , an online Interior Design services and Interior products, The following Terms of Use contain the terms and conditions that apply to an individual’s or entity’s use of the www.roayati.com site. As used in this Agreement, “We,” “Us” or “Our” refers to Roayati Interiors, and “You” or “Your” refers to the user. “Site” means any Roayati site posted on the World Wide Web.

Membership – You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, to use the site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes; and (b) to print out discrete information from the site solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and provided that you maintain all copyright and other policies contained therein. Third Party content remains the property of the third party.

Fees& Payment
Joining roayati is free for users. A full payment is required to purchase a product on roayati . Payment must be made via the website’s payment gateway with the use of an acceptable credit card/PayPal Account. The merchant in respect of all services sold through the site is roayati . We reserve the right, at any time, to change any fees or charges for using any services provided on the website (or to begin charging fees for any free service), provided that such
changes will not apply to fees or charges paid prior to the time of the change.

Costs of items purchased are non-refundable .

Under no circumstances is any part of the site to be :

(c) use any content and materials from the site in any manner that may infringe any copyright, intellectual property right, proprietary right, or property right of us or any third-parties
(d) use the site for research purposes to use or collect any content and/or materials from the site in any manner for commercial use that results in the user being remunerated for purposes such as but not limited to ; published articles, books, e-books, website content etc. If this condition is breached the user is liable for and agrees compensation to roayati Interiors.
Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third-parties and remains their property at all times and subject to their terms.
Cancellations & Refunds
A refund processed to your credit card will only be provided when a purchased product is not delivered on the agreed time

roayati Interiors, its logo, name are considered trademarks, and are the exclusive property of roayati Interiors.
All editorial elements and contents of the site www.roayati.com ( texts, graphics, logos, webinars, etc.) are the exclusive property of roayati Interiors, with the exception of elements contributed by roayati partners or other third party sites.
Links to third party resources remain the property of the respective authors, and publishers.
Reproduction of the contents from our site, modification, distribution, transmission,
republication, display or public presentation without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Security
roayati is unable to offer an absolute guarantee of security, in so far as the Internet is an open network, by nature sensitive to such risks.
The User of the site www.roayati.com hereby declares that it is aware of said risks and fully accepts them.
Under no circumstances shall the liability of roayati be invoked for any injury and/or direct or indirect damage suffered by the User resulting from any interruption or malfunction, from the suspension and/or termination of the site www.roayati.com.

7-roayati shall not be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the Resource Library or shop products for any reason whatsoever.
8-roayati shall not be held responsible for any malfunction of the Resource Library or Shop resulting from an incompatible operation using any other product, software or hardware, or for any loss or damage to data.
9- roayati shall not be held responsible for any liability arising out of the purchased products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release roayati and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and their respective successors and assigns from any claims or damages of any kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, relating to any dispute relating to the purchased product.
10-roayati does its best to evaluate and choose its partner providers carefully, however your purchase of products is at your sole risk. roayati does not manufacture interior products and is not involved in any way in. As a result, we have no control over the materials used or way it’s manufactured, and we request that our users to inquire about all details before purchasing the third party products. You acknowledge and agree that by purchasing the third party products you may be exposed to a variety of risks or hazards, which may or may not be foreseen.
Suspension of access to the Site
roayati may suspend access to the Resource Library, and/or to all of the site www.roayati.com of any user believed to be infringing the terms of use and more generally any legislation and/or regulation that may be applicable;
Such suspension shall not imply the liability of roayati Interiors, without prejudice to its other rights to take legal action, and shall be notified by email where possible.
In such an event, roayati shall make no reimbursement, either full or partial, if the User has subscribed to a paying subscription or product access.

Indemnification
you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including legal fees that arise from your violation of these Terms of Service or other negligent or wrongful conduct.
